EAC conformity documents follow the applicable EAEU technical regulation and the classification of the actual supplied equipment. A supplier should not select a declaration or certificate from product name alone.

Identify the product and regulation
Define valve or assembly scope, design pressure, temperature, nominal size, fluid and destination. Determine which EAEU technical regulations apply and whether exclusions are relevant.
Use current legal texts and approved classification data. A certificate from a similar product is not evidence for the offered configuration.
Determine the conformity form
The applicable scheme can require declaration or certification based on regulation, product category and supply model. Record the decision and supporting classification.
Clarify the eligible applicant, manufacturer relationship, serial production or batch basis and validity period before contracting.
Assemble consistent evidence
Technical description, drawings, calculations where required, material records, test reports, quality evidence and contracts should describe the same product. Translations must preserve technical values.
Check the accredited body or laboratory scope where their involvement is required. Keep protocol references consistent across documents.
Verify marking and customs package
Compare EAC marking, nameplate, declaration or certificate, invoice, packing list and product passport. Model, manufacturer and key parameters should align.
Confirm originals, copies, registration status and retention responsibility before shipment to avoid customs and site-acceptance delays.
