TR CU 032 and EAC conformity for industrial valves
Industrial valves supplied into the Eurasian Economic Union may fall within the technical regulation on the safety of pressure equipment. The correct route depends on the actual product, pressure, size, medium and supply model. Buyers should verify scope and evidence for the offered configuration before shipment.

Identify the exact product and intended use
Document valve type, DN, maximum allowable pressure, temperature, medium, material and whether the item is supplied individually or as part of equipment. Classification cannot be copied safely from a catalogue family with different parameters.
Record exclusions and boundary assumptions. The manufacturer and applicant should use the same product description across the datasheet, test report, conformity document, invoice and marking.
Determine the applicable conformity route
The technical regulation provides different conformity forms depending on equipment classification and production model. Serial production and a single batch can require different evidence and validity conditions.
Use an accredited conformity-assessment body where required and verify its scope in the relevant register. The purchase contract should identify who controls the application, sample selection, factory assessment and ongoing validity.
Confirm the applicant and manufacturer relationship
For imported products, applicant eligibility and representation within the EAEU require careful review. The declaration or certificate should name the actual manufacturer and cover the relevant product type, codes and manufacturing site.
Avoid relying on a reseller document without checking scope. Confirm that model designations, DN/PN ranges, materials and applicable standards include the offered valve and remain valid on the shipment date.
Assemble technical evidence
Prepare product descriptions, drawings, calculations or design evidence, material records, manufacturing controls, risk assessment, operating documentation and test reports as required by the selected route. Evidence should be traceable to the declared product family.
Pressure-test reports are one part of the package. They do not replace material verification, design evidence, safety justification or manufacturing-system controls. Keep revisions aligned with the assessed configuration.
Control EAC marking and accompanying information
Marking must be applied according to the applicable EAEU rules and supported by valid conformity documents. Nameplate information, manual language, safety warnings and identification should match the approved technical description.
Check marking artwork and document translations before mass production. A late label correction can trigger rework and delay customs clearance.
Verify status before every shipment
Confirm document validity, issuing body status, covered manufacturer, product scope and any suspension information. Retain an auditable copy in the project dossier and link it to purchase-order line items.
Regulatory requirements and registers can change. The importer and conformity specialist should perform a destination-specific check close to shipment rather than treating an old project document as permanent approval.
