Operating context
Superheated steam sets limits for body material, bolting, gasket and packing systems.
Thermal cycles and rapid warm-up can change alignment, operating torque and seat tightness.
Feedwater and condensate duties require review of velocity, differential pressure, cavitation and flashing risk.
