Industrial valve passport in Russian: required project data
A valve passport should connect the delivered item to its approved design, materials, tests and operating limits. A translated catalogue page cannot replace a serial or batch-specific product record.

Identify the exact supplied valve
Include manufacturer, model, valve type, DN, PN or Class, serial or batch, manufacturing date, flow direction, mass and drawing reference. Match the nameplate and packing list.
For actuated packages, identify actuator, gearbox and key accessories with their own serial data where available.
State operating limits and materials
Record permitted pressure-temperature conditions, medium limitations, installation position and environmental limits. List body, bonnet, closure, stem, seats, bolting and sealing materials.
Reference applicable design, dimensional and test standards with editions. Approved project deviations should remain visible.
Link tests and conformity documents
Provide shell, seat and functional test results or report references, material certificate mapping and required EAC document details. Record inspection release.
The passport should point to the final MRB for detailed evidence rather than duplicate inconsistent values.
Support safe installation and maintenance
Include preservation, storage, lifting, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance instructions in the required language. State warranty and service contacts.
Control the Russian translation through technical review. Units, material grades and warnings need exact meaning.
